America’s Cup e-Series: gaming meets live broadcast

Broadcast and gaming operations together

At the America’s Cup e-Series Grand Final, SI QUIERO STREAMING supported video capture and signal management using touring vMix systems, streaming encoding and technical operations for the gaming stations.

Multiple sources, one programme workflow

Gameplay feeds, player cameras, presenters, commentators and destination outputs must remain synchronised. The production workflow required close coordination between audiovisual and IT teams.

Streaming and distribution

The event combined live production with online delivery to platforms including YouTube and Twitch. Monitoring and a clear signal architecture supported the programme.

What this project demonstrates

Esports requires broadcast know-how, computing resources and IT support working as a single team, with rehearsals, defined responsibilities and a plan for contingencies.
