How we work

One accountable production team — from the first brief through technical design, rehearsals, live operation and final deliverables.

1. Discover the brief

We clarify the event objectives, venue, audience, creative format, technical requirements, schedule and distribution destinations. We identify what is mission-critical, and how the finished production should be used.

2. Design the solution

Our team brings together cameras, live direction, sound, communications, video systems, streaming, screens and connectivity as one workflow. We establish signal paths, crew roles, content requirements and contingency options before arriving on site.

3. Prepare and test

Equipment preparation, routing checks, rehearsal, network tests and monitoring are part of a reliable live event. We work with organisers and technical stakeholders to avoid surprises as far as possible.

4. Produce live

During the event, we manage programme direction, cameras, audio, graphics, recorded feeds and distribution. Technical coordination keeps the creative programme moving and helps teams respond when conditions change.

5. Deliver assets with lasting value

After the show, we can provide programme recordings, clean feeds, isolated camera recordings, social clips, interviews, highlights and other agreed deliverables. The output plan is defined before production starts.
